Fireclay blocks for bottom of glass tank furnace
The fireclay blocks are made by using
vibration-casting technology and sintered at high
temperature,so,
the blocks are with uniform inner
structure.

Molke Bricks for Tin-bath and Low porosity fireclay
bricks
Molke Sn trough bricks
Molke bricks for Sn trough are made from high
temperature synthesized
materials. They are mainly
used as tin-bath bottom bricks of float
glass
furnace due to their good thermal shock resistance
and good
corrosion resistance to alkali and Sn.
According to application at high, middle,
low
temperature of the tin-bath of float glass furnace,
we developed three
series of Molke bricks i.e. A, B,
C, for the application at different temperature
areas so that zone lining can be realized.
